What this treatment is
Dermal filler is a gel placed under the skin to add volume or support a contour. Common areas are the lips, cheeks, chin and jawline.
Dr. Parsa keeps filler subtle and balanced. He starts with less, and adds at your follow-up only if you need it.
Corrections are part of his work too. If filler you’ve had has moved, looks uneven or just doesn’t feel like you anymore, dissolving is often the first step. He dissolves the old filler, gives the area time to settle, usually about two weeks, and then plans the next step with you.
“I’m very comfortable saying no to filler when I feel someone doesn’t need it. More isn’t always better, and adding filler where it isn’t needed can leave someone looking puffy rather than refreshed.”

Is it right for you?
Is filler right for you?
Filler may suit you if an area has lost volume over time, or you’d like a bit more balance between your features. A consultation is also worth booking if you have filler that has moved or no longer feels like you.
Dr. Parsa will be straight with you about what filler can and can’t do, and he’s comfortable saying no. In his words: “More isn’t always better, and adding filler where it isn’t needed can leave someone looking puffy rather than refreshed.” No judgment, whatever your history with filler.

Questions
Questions before you book.
Will it look natural?
Dr. Parsa plans for subtle, balanced work that suits your features, and starts with less. You’ll review it together at your follow-up.
I had filler done elsewhere and I’m not happy with it. Can I still see Dr. Parsa?
Yes. Corrections are a regular part of his work. He’ll look at what’s there now, explain your options, including dissolving, and make a plan with you.
Can filler be dissolved?
Most hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved. Dr. Parsa will assess the area and explain what dissolving involves at your consultation.
Is there swelling afterwards?
Some swelling and bruising is normal and can last up to about two weeks. Dr. Parsa will go through what to expect and how to look after the area.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your treatment plan. Dr. Parsa will give you a clear quote at your consultation before anything is done.
