An infusion in the clinic

What an iron infusion is

Low iron can look different for everyone: tiredness, brain fog, hair shedding, or just feeling “off” despite doing everything right. A conversation and lab work help work out what your body actually needs.

An iron infusion delivers iron directly into a vein during a single appointment, so it does not rely on tablets taken by mouth.

Dr. Parsa reviews your recent bloodwork first. If your results show low iron and an infusion is appropriate, he explains the plan, how long the appointment takes and what to expect afterwards.

“I want patients to leave their first visit with a better understanding of their health and a plan that feels manageable for them.”

Dr. Parsa Rajabi, ND

Questions

Questions before you book.

Do I need bloodwork first?

Yes. An infusion is only booked once your bloodwork shows it is appropriate. If you have recent results, bring them to your consultation.

How long does an infusion take?

It depends on your treatment plan. Dr. Parsa will tell you how long to set aside before your appointment.

Will I need more than one infusion?

Some people do. Your follow-up bloodwork shows whether another infusion is needed.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on your treatment plan. Dr. Parsa will give you a clear quote at your consultation before anything is done.
