What this website collects

This website does not ask for your health information. When you book, you do so on Jane, the booking system each clinic uses, and Jane’s own privacy policy applies to what you enter there.

If you use the chat on this website, the messages and any contact details you choose to share are used to answer your questions and help you book. Chat records are kept for up to 12 months.

We may use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand which pages and ads lead to bookings. These tools use cookies and do not tell us your name.

Who receives it

We do not sell personal information. It is shared only with the service providers that run this website, the chat and the measurement tools, and only so they can provide those services. Some of these providers store data outside Canada.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete chat records, by calling (604) 676-1808 or asking at your appointment. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
